Job opportunities

A vital part of the village team supporting our Villagers with daily activities ranging from personal care, cooking, gardening, laundry, cleaning or attending appointments. With the flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual Villagers, every day is a new experience. 

Providing a high quality, holistic and individually tailored nursing care through a wellness centre, Villagers will be encouraged to attend appointments with RNs for their care needs, maintaining independence and dignity. While working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, RNs will provide excellence in clinical assessment and care.

Emmaus Village has been inspired by a range of best practice models, including the world-leading The Hogeweyk® model in the Netherlands. It is an innovative way to support people living with dementia in a state-of-the-art village environment. Staff will develop connections to residents and family members and assist residents to live as independently as possible. Clinical care will be delivered in a non-intrusive way at the Wellness Centre and not restricted to schedules. Working with residents’ individual desires and needs, no two days will be alike.
